Terms of Participation in Copytrading

Copytrading is a service that allows you to transfer funds to other users or trading bots ("Copied Trader") for trust management. By using Copytrading, you understand and agree that:

1. Each user is responsible for all digital assets transferred to trust management, including the need to ensure that the transaction is properly executed through the appropriate website, mobile application, or other means that we may allow from time to time.
2. Digital assets are transferred by you to trust management at your own risk.
3. We have the right to rely on all Transactions performed through your Copytrading Account.
4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any or all strategies available for copying at any time, and we are not responsible for any losses incurred by you in connection with such modifications, suspensions, or terminations.
5. We do not provide any guarantees about the effective performance of any Copied Trader. Past results are not indicative of future results. We are not responsible for any actions taken by any Copied Trader;
6. Copytrading is not an investment recommendation, investment advice, or any other financial advice of any kind. You should use Copytrading as a tool after your own independent research, rather than making decisions based solely on the Copied Trader;
7. You are responsible for all your transactions to Copied Traders made on the Platform;
8. We are not responsible in case of any system and/or software failures that may affect Copytrading.
